As you can imagine, we have a BDSM toybox that would fill up a small castle and ensures that visiting slavegirls can never quite be sure whats about to hit them (pun intented lol). Theres a wide variety of fairly standard bdsm items such as clover clamps, floggers, single tail whips, a variety of paddles and chains, hemp rope. Some more specialised tools such as medical gags and speculums, a wide range of play piercing needles and hooks, specially crafted leather whips and straps and so forth. Along of course with electrical tools of torture such as the cattle prod, my beloved 1930`s refurbished violet wand, flyswats and many other goodies.
Now, building such a collection of bdsm tools has of course brought us in contact with heaps of professional bdsm stores and private craftsmen producing unique bdsm products of a variety of kinds. Now, over the years we have had good and bad experiences purchasing and commisioning tools of torture from all these people and businesses.
Just recently we bought a fairly huge set of spanking and whipping implements from a BDSM craftsman called Crackers Creations. We had randomly found his Ebay store on fetlife and become interested in his items due to the unique look of them and creative use of materials, as it happened he also had a 50% sale on at the time, so we jumped straight in and bought a load of items. We purchased some rubber slappers, single tail whips, canes, cat`o`nine tails and many other things – some to be used privately and others for our BDSM movie productions. The order was so big he had to split the package in two and send them separately.
After a few days the first package arrived and we were very pleased with the quality of our new tools … and got caught out by the gardener whilst testing them lol but anyway, sadly the second package never arrived, despite efforts on both ends to track it and discover where it had gone it was never delivered and never returned. The most likely reason for the lost package being the less than reliable spanish post, we were of course gutted as we were waiting for the influx of implements – and the unique nature of these whips meant that economy aside we couldnt just order them again.
Time passed and we gave up on the package ever arriving, much to the delight of the slavegirls having already tried the vicious whips from the first delivery I suspect. However, Crackers Creations had spent the time in between manufacturing us an entire new package of unique replacement tools. Given the originals were unique and the only existing copy of each lost, he had to do them all again from scratch. So we got a mail on Fetlife saying: “All your new tools are ready to ship, for free of course and for your inconvenience we will offer you 20% rebate on anything else you want as well with this order.”
We were blown away by this form of extraordinary customer service. Not only had Crackers Creations produced us an entire new collection of bdsm tools for free and shipped them abroad for free – for our inconvenience he offered a rebate on all other items. And dont forget, he was entirely without fault in the original package disappearing – he scanned us the tracking and receipts for it being sent, and all was as it should be, except the spanish post lost it, so he would have been in his perfect right to go “Tough luck, but I cant be held liable for the spanish postal services” and we wouldnt have held that stand against him for a second. But no, Crackers Creations took it all upon themselves to sort the issue, spent hours and hours making us new tools without any economical gain for them and topped it up by sending for free and offering an extra rebate.
And the point of this rant? Well. Sometimes a business is so extraordinarily shit – or as in this case – so extraordinarily good – that the world needs to know about it. This is by far the most outstanding and proactively positive customer service we have experienced in our many years of buying BDSM tools. So, if in doubt – never hesitate to buy your tools from Crackers Creations.
